As part of our Blue Natural Capital Lab and network, Sussex Bay was selected as the location partner by the Satellite Application Catapult, a business accelerator focusing on using space enabled technologies and information to help with our connections to nature. Following a national competition, four organisations were selected and are working in Sussex Bay to test out their solutions and will showcase them at Brighton MET in the afternoon, 28 March 2025. Each organisation received funding to develop their solution alongside a trial plan. In addition to funding, each project is receiving support from a specialised design consultancy, the Catapults’ technical team and from Sussex Bay as a location partner. The winning organisations are showcasing their work from 1230pm, 28 March 2025, at Brighton Met. The process to request a free ticket, bookable in advance, will be announced here shortly.
